郝晓茹,女,汉族,中共党员,陕西渭南人,1982年9月生,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。主要从事纳米疏水涂层制备及应用、机械结构设计及流动特性分析、制冷低温技术及应用等方面的教学与科研工作。近年来,主持或参与国家自然科学基金项目、河南省基金项目、河南省产学研合作项目等省部级项目7项;完成“电磁作动器开发及生产调试”、“冷链装备关键技术研究”等企业合作课题10余项;在《Aerospace Science and Technology》、《Colloids and Surfaces A》、《Langmuir》、《Applied Surface Science》、《表面技术》等国内外著名期刊上发表学术论文20余篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者SCI/EI收录18篇;申请和授权国家专利6项;指导学生在挑战杯、节能减排、ICAN等大学生科技创新竞赛中获得省级以上奖励20余项。
